Excellent breakfast, great swimming pool and gym. Lovely well-equipped, clean rooms. Impressed with the lost and found service. Nice facilities, bathtub with separate shower. I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Seoul and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. The executive lounge was a highlight, with excellent food and service. The location was also great, with plenty of dining options nearby. One particular staff member, Allan, stood out with his attentive and friendly service. He always remembered my preferred drink and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Seoul.

The buffet at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of dishes including meats, seafood, Korean, western, and desserts. The staff, especially Captain Lim, was very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining every single dish and providing recommendations. We had a great dinner and felt very comfortable.
When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said they had no record of my reservation. Luckily, they had a room available and I was able to stay, but I was disappointed and unsure why my reservation didn't go through.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a luxurious stay. the spa and wellness center provided an amazing massage and had an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. the public bath was beautifully decorated and had sun loungers in the garden area. My room had exclusive amenities and a beautiful view. The restaurant served special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. Cons: the location wasn't perfect, and I had a minor issue with the room's air conditioning. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The breakfast selection was amazing, staff were attentive and polite, the bathroom was spacious with a shower booth and tub, and the room had a capsule coffee machine and kettle. Free bottled water provided daily, beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas, and convenient connection to Shinsegae department store.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities was so great. The staff were helpful and attentive. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and the museum we wanted to visit. there were plenty of options for dining, including a restaurant with a formal dress code and a food court with a variety of stalls in the basement.
